The Site provides general information about Bifrost and its training services. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, accounting, or engineering advice, and it should not be relied on as such. Please consult your own qualified advisors for decisions in those areas.

Grant funding

The Site describes the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Program, which is administered by Commonwealth Corporation. Bifrost is an independent training provider and is not the program, an agent of the program, or endorsed by the program or Commonwealth Corporation. Eligibility, award amounts, program caps, and rules are set by Commonwealth Corporation, can change, and are not guaranteed. Please confirm current requirements with Commonwealth Corporation before applying.

Estimates and research

The ROI estimator produces illustrative figures based only on the numbers you enter. It is not a forecast or a guarantee of results, and actual time savings, costs, and grant awards will vary. Studies and statistics referenced on the Site come from third parties, describe other settings, and are provided for context only. We do not control third-party sources and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability.

Our services

Training and other services are provided only under a separate written agreement between you and Bifrost. If anything on the Site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.

Acceptable use

Please use the Site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, submit false or misleading information, or use the Site to send spam. Please do not submit confidential client information, bid information, or personal data such as Social Security numbers through the Site.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, and logos, belongs to Bifrost AI LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The Site links to and uses third-party sites and services, such as Commonwealth Corporation, research publishers, and Google Calendar. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and policies apply.
