Foundations course

AI Foundational Readiness

Built for business development, marketing, finance and accounting, and project management professionals at construction, architecture, and engineering firms. No prior AI experience is required. Every session is live and instructor-led, with hands-on practice using sample AEC documents such as RFPs, job-cost reports, and meeting notes.

Designed to meet Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Program guidelines, so eligible employers may be able to fund it with a grant.

How it works

From first call to reimbursement, in five steps.

Grant-funded training has a few moving parts. Here is the path from start to finish, and who does what at each step.

  1. 1 Bifrost + you

    Intro call

    A 15-minute conversation about your teams, your workflows, and your headcount. We confirm whether the course fits and which funding program you would use.

  2. 2 You

    Apply for funding

    Your company applies through Commonwealth Corporation at least 21 days before training starts. You will need a Certificate of Good Standing, a DUA Certificate of Compliance, and a signed W-9.

  3. 3 Bifrost + you

    Get approved and schedule

    Once your grant is approved, you sign the service agreement before training begins. We set the dates for three sessions during work hours, and you set up AI tool accounts for your team.

  4. 4 Bifrost

    Train your team

    Three live, instructor-led 4-hour sessions over three weeks, using hands-on practice with sample AEC documents.

  5. 5 You

    Get reimbursed

    After training is completed and paid for, you submit a reimbursement request with our invoice, proof of payment, and the list of trainees.

Because applications are due at least 21 days before training begins, the best time to start the conversation is early.
